FLIXX Terms of Use (EULA)
Rules for using FLIXX and user-generated content
Acceptance
By creating an account or using FLIXX, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
User content and conduct
- Users are responsible for the content they upload, publish, send, stream, or otherwise share in FLIXX.
- Users must have all required rights to the content they publish.
- Illegal, abusive, hateful, violent, extremist, pornographic, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable content is prohibited.
- Spam, malware, deceptive links, and unauthorized access attempts are prohibited.
Safety and moderation
- FLIXX has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.
- FLIXX uses automated server-side filtering to block objectionable text submissions before publication.
- Users can report content and accounts from in-app report actions.
- Valid reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
- Offending content may be removed and offending accounts may be restricted, suspended, or terminated.
Blocking and privacy controls
- Users can block other users.
- Blocked users cannot continue normal interaction where block restrictions apply.
- Users can configure call privacy controls in app settings.
Termination and enforcement
FLIXX may suspend or terminate access for safety, abuse prevention, policy violations, or legal compliance.
